TMQ Purchases Rockster R1100S In Burkina Faso

Tropic Mining & Quarry SASU (TMQ) has been using the Rockster R900 impact crusher since 2008, to which a new R1100S was added in autumn 2020 to increase limestone processing capacities.
Long-term customer satisfaction and reliably high production output were the two main factors behind the sale of another Rockster crusher in the West African country of Burkina Faso.
In 2008 the first Rockster crusher, the R900 tracked impact crusher was delivered to TMQ and the customer was enthusiastic from the start. "The R900 was just the right crusher to start the processing business. It is very easy to use and maintain, and the performance is excellent," said Al Hassane Sienou, Managing Director at TMQ.
TMQ stayed loyal to Rockster and after 12 years ordered the next crusher from the upper Austrian manufacturer. The Rockster impact crushers are mainly used to crush dolomite limestone for the production of cement.
“We are convinced of the robustness and longevity of these impact crushers and have therefore invested in the next larger system from Rockster - the R1100S mobile impact crusher. Our new R1100S stone crusher also has a sieve system consisting of a sieve box and a return belt , with which we can produce perfectly defined final grain. We produce about 300 tons per hour of fine limestone of 0/32 mm and we can sell this very well to cement manufacturers,” said Sienou.
They want to use the new R1100S to produce 600,000 tons of end material per year.
