HZS60 concrete batching plant is a complete set of fully automatic concrete mixing equipment consisting of batching, mixing, electrical control and other parts.
It is suitable for medium and above-scale construction sites, precast plants and commercial concrete production plants.
Its main features:
1).The main machine adopts SICOMA MSO1000 type twin-shaft forced concrete mixer, which has good mixing quality and high efficiency.
2)Aggregate is batched by batching machine, with accurate measurement and high production efficiency.
3)The ingredients of cement, water and liquid admixtures are all measured by electronic scales with high accuracy of ingredients.
4)The water supply system adopts the principle of water pump pressurization, which makes the water flow faster and sprays evenly.
5)The aggregate feeding adopts belt conveyor, which has long service life and high work efficiency.
6)The main components of the electrical control system are all well-known domestic brands, with reliable performance and easy operation and use.
